Lend Lease contracted Cleary Bros civil construction division to complete Stages 7 to 11 of the Coastal Waters Retirement Village. The contract includes civil works, bulk earthworks, a road upgrade and provisional watercourse remediation works, electrical works, telecommunications works, retaining walls, sewer and water reticulation works.

Stage seven consists of 18 lots, with stages eight to 11 consisting of approximately 95 lots.
