At Cleary Bros our experienced Area Sales Representatives work closely with customers to create solutions and ensure products are delivered to meet their needs. With a commitment to client service, they liaise directly with Divisional Managers to achieve the highest level of quality and consistency for every project we undertake.
Forming long term relationships with clients, and understanding and fulfilling their needs, is integral to our success. To that end we invest in training and equipment to ensure we have the knowledge and resources to service and supply the most challenging projects.
Our sales representatives are recruited from the construction industry and undertake training to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies, construction techniques and industry standards.
Our commitment to investing in research and development has seen the implementation of several innovations, including an air classifier for our concrete division, which has batching plants at Coniston, Albion Park, Bombo and Bomaderry.
Investment in a larger fleet of mobile plant at the Albion Park Quarry and an upgrade to the fixed crushing and secondary crushing plants has improved quarry production, resulting in greater stock availability to meet customer needs. And continuous upgrades to our transport fleet is delivering greater capacity to move quarry products to construction, road, rail and maritime jobs right across the State of NSW.
Cleary Bros plant hire division continues to grow with a wide range of plant including: dozers, graders, loaders, compactors, rollers, excavators, backhoes, articulated and rigid dump trucks. Additionally, float hire is available.
Our civil construction division, staffed by Civil Engineers, supervisors and experienced foremen, works closely with other divisions across the group to manage all facets of earthworks, sub-divisions, road works, bridge works, general infrastructure and civil construction.
And importantly, our dedicated client relationship manager, Helen Cleary, works tirelessly to ensure the key requirements of each of our corporate clients are delivered on time, every time. A certified Civil Engineer with extensive experience, Helen also oversees the lodgment of our group’s development applications.
