ABOUT Rebecca Belsito

Chief Financial Officer

Rebecca is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day oversight of the finance function as Chief Financial Officer. Her role includes close liaison with the Group Boards, all levels of Management and other stakeholders on all aspects of our operations, asset management, insurance and technology.

Rebecca has been responsible for the design and implementation of new accounting systems and processes, procurement initiatives and generally adding value to the business with a continuous improvement focus. This includes executing and refining analytical processes, tools and measures to facilitate a detailed and robust understanding of actual performance, identifying the key drivers of variances to plans/forecasts that facilitate financial decision making, optimise efficiencies and minimise risk.

Prior to Cleary Bros, Rebecca worked in chartered accounting firms. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting and Management) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Rebecca has just completed her Masters of Science majoring in Supply Chain Management graduating with Distinction, including studies in strategic procurement management, total quality management, logistics and analytics.
