Jacqui joins the Boards of the Cleary Bros Group companies as an independent Director.

She is a trusted advisor, board member, executor and veteran business executive with over 30 years of experience in the 'big 4' professional services firms, 15 of which was as a partner of Deloitte. Most recently Jacqui has become a published author, ‘Stop Worrying about Money.’

Having held a number of executive roles across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, Jacqui’s experience covers many industries and sectors including retail, construction, property, automotive, professional services (accounting, legal and engineering), technology, financial services, agriculture and oil & gas.

She currently sits on a private family group Advisory Board, is founder of boutique accounting and advisory firm Maxima Private, Chair of SMEG Australia and Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Empire Energy Group Limited and BKI Limited.

Jacqui is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of The Taxation Institute of Australia.
