This Division manages and owns one of the largest privately owned fleets of heavy earthmoving equipment (almost exclusively Caterpillar) in Australia, with over 200 items of plant. The wide range of Plant Types include Dozers (Cat D6 to D11), Graders (Cat 120 to 140, 12 to 16), Loaders (Cat 920 to 992), Compactor's (Cat 824 to 834), Rollers (Caterpillar, Dynapacs, CASE), Excavators (Cat 307 to 375, Komatsu PC800 & PC1100) Backhoes, Scrapers (637 to 657) and off highway Dump Trucks.

This entire fleet of equipment is backed up by a highly professional team of supervisors, foremen, operators and comprehensive fixed and mobile workshop facilities and a fleet of fuel, service and breakdown vehicles. The company's comprehensive maintenance facilities ensure optimum performance and minimum downtime. Staff training is continual to ensure the most up to date procedures and parts are used.
