Consumer demand for the creation of additional residential lots in NSW has continued to rise within the construction sector.  Cleary Bros are currently working on a number of these residential developments in the areas of Kiama, Bowral and Jervis Bay and have recently completed developments at Eaglevale, Picton, Bangalee and Shellcove.  Projects such as Box Hill estimated to return around 4,000 lots over the next few years will continue to generate work in the construction industry for some time.
